Role Overview

PatientIQ is seeking a Vice President of Product to set the vision and lead our product function as we enter our next phase of growth. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will define and execute the product strategy across multiple end-markets, leverage our proprietary technology to deliver differentiated solutions, and accelerate the adoption of our newly released data product portfolio.

You will lead a high-performing team, inspire innovation, and ensure we deliver products that meaningfully improve patient care at scale.

What You’ll Do

• Define, own, and communicate the product vision, strategy, and multi-year roadmap in partnership with the CEO and executive team.
• Lead, mentor, and scale the product management team, ensuring clarity of roles, accountability, and professional development.
• Build and refine best-in-class product practices grounded in customer insight, market research, and data-driven prioritization.
• Partner with Engineering, Design, Customer Success, and Sales to align strategy and execution, delivering products that meet the needs of multiple end-markets.
• Serve as a strategic partner to the commercial organization (Sales, CS, and Marketing), ensuring product strategy and roadmap align with go-to-market priorities and revenue goals.
• Collaborate with Sales leadership to inform market positioning, enablement, and pricing / packaging strategy to maximize adoption and growth.
• Work closely with Customer Success to capture customer feedback, improve adoption, and translate outcomes into measurable business results.
• Accelerate adoption of our data product portfolio, leveraging our proprietary dataset as a competitive advantage.
• Explore and deliver innovative capabilities, including AI-driven insights, that unlock value for providers, medtech partners, and patients.
• Represent PatientIQ’s product strategy internally and externally, including with customers, partners, and industry stakeholders.
• Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the product organization.
