Key ResponsibilitiesTroubleshoot and resolve issues raised by clients and therapists via phoneAssist and educate customers on the platform, ensuring a high level of customer serviceIdentify root causes of problems and collaborate with product teams for platform improvementsRequired QualificationsOne year of experience with insurance across multiple commercial and government payersStrong knowledge of medical terminology, including ICD-10 / CPT codes, preferably in mental healthExperience with Claim MD or Availity for verifying benefits and reading EOBsExperience working within various payer portalsAt least one year of successful customer-facing professional experience is a plus
