Responsibilities :
- Lead project teams in planning, executing, and delivering high-quality construction projects on time and within budget.
- Serve as the primary point of contact with clients, stakeholders, and subcontractors, ensuring clear communication and exceptional service.
- Manage all project phases, from preconstruction through closeout, with a focus on maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
- Oversee budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation to maximize efficiency and profitability.

Qualifications :
- 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry, ideally focusing on commercial or civil projects.
