Where We Need You
We are seeking a Program Management Specialist to join our Ecosystem team. Protiviti works in a hybrid environment and this role requires that you work in-person in our office several times per week.
What You Can Expect
The Program Management Specialist is focused on the tactical execution of specific projects. You will oversee project timelines and deliverables, ensuring that ecosystem projects are completed and successfully contribute to the overall goals and growth of the program.
What You Will Be Doing
Collaborate with Global Ecosystem Leader & Chief of Staff to formulate and execute on a strategic agenda and manage Protiviti’s global ecosystem partnership program and its 60+ partners.
Help the Global Ecosystem Leader achieve the strategic agenda and manage Protiviti’s global ecosystem partnership program.
Serve as a project manager to streamline the workflow of the Global Ecosystem initiatives.
Collaborate to produce decks and presentations to share with the Steering Committees and executives.
Serve as a system administrator for Protiviti’s ecosystem management tools.
Provide reporting & dashboard management to share the success of the ecosystem programming.
Manage overall vetting process, score carding and Alliance Review Board (ARB) process pipeline repository and status updates of newly onboarded partners.
Monitor overall project progress and adjust plans as needed to stay aligned with strategic priorities.
Manage Global Ecosystem scheduling and work with EA to coordinate annual and quarterly meeting cadences.
Maintain and update Ecosystem iShare site with relevant information and changes, fostering collaboration and knowledge sharing among stakeholders.
Coordinate closely with other teams to track project statuses and provide necessary details for successful execution, fostering collaboration and synergy across departments.
Manage and champion firmwide ecosystem program, communications, and internal awareness to educate on the value of the program.
Help with the creation and maintenance of QBR updates.
Prepare agendas and any deliverables for meetings with the team, leadership and key stakeholders. Document meeting minutes and track action items.

Your Educational and Professional Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in relevant discipline is required.
2-3+ years of experience in a related field, preferably in professional services
PMP or other project management credentials, preferred
Our Hybrid Workplace
Protiviti operates in a hybrid work environment, meaning all employees are expected to achieve a blend of in-person and remote work.

Local and / or out-of-state travel is required based on our project and internal client commitments.

Starting salary is based on a full-time equivalent schedule. Placement in the range is dependent upon experience, skills and geographic work location.
Below is the salary range for this job.
$56,000.00 - $86,000.00
Our annual bonus plan provides eligible employees additional cash and / or discretionary stock compensation opportunities.

The total cash range is estimated from the sum of the base salary range plus the bonus target opportunity. Below is the estimated total cash range for this job.
$58,800.00 - $90,300.00

We provide Choice Time Off (CTO) for vacation, personal needs, and sick time. The amount of (CTO) varies based on years of service.
New hires receive up to 20 days of CTO per calendar year. Protiviti also recognizes up to 11 paid holidays each calendar year.
