We are seeking a talented Senior Financial Analyst to join our team!

This role will have primary responsibilities in Healthcare Operations FP&A supporting the Assisted Living, Memory Care and Skilled Nursing lines of business.

You will be a proactive and creative problem solver with a strong knowledge of financial concepts, who will play a key role in enhancing management’s understanding of financial results and aiding decision making through your well-articulated communications and analytical skills.

This role is mostly onsite at our corporate office location in Catonsville, Maryland.

How you will make an impact

Conduct financial analysis and complex modeling necessary to promote efficient financial operations, and implement new initiatives

Consult with business areas to determine analytical needs, business requirements and reporting; collaborate across the business to find opportunities for using data to provide meaningful analytics to drive business solutions and support key operational and strategic initiatives

Identify and drive improvements in management reporting including the creation of standard and ad-hoc reports, tools, and dashboards allowing the regional Health Services leadership team to monitor operational performance metrics

Produce business results tracking, analysis, and reporting inclusive of metrics and benchmarks, variance to plan, trends, and potential risks and opportunities

Participate in the semi-annual forecast and annual operating budget processes

Develop visualizations to make sophisticated analyses accessible to a broad audience

Compensation : Commensurate with experience starting at $80,000 annually.

What you will need

Four-year degree in finance, accounting, business or economics

At least 5 years of experience with superior quantitative skills and analytical abilities

Advanced Microsoft Excel skills

Experience with visualization and analytics software desired

Experience with business case analysis and financial model development preferred
