Job Description :
We are seeking an experienced AV Installer to join their IL team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in the residential audiovisual industry and a strong understanding of the systems they work with.
While we value experience, we are primarily looking for someone who is eager to learn and grow within our luxury market niche.
Responsibilities :
- Install and configure audiovisual systems in residential properties
- Work with the project team to ensure installations are completed on time and to the highest standards
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues as they arise
- Provide excellent customer service and support to clients

Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in the Residential audiovisual industry
- Familiarity with the preferred manufacturers listed above
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to learn and grow within the luxury market
Requirements
AVIXA CTS plus either CTS-D / CTS-I certification Cisco / Polycom VC / Teams certified Project Experience with Crestron / Extron Knowledgeable in networking fundamentals such as TCP / IP, addressing, firewalls, routers, VLAN’s, and VPN QSC Level 2 Certified Proficient in AutoCAD
