We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Remote Office Clerk to support our administrative team. This position is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy managing various clerical tasks from the comfort of their home.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate records.
  • Assist with scheduling appointments and managing calendars.
  • Handle correspondence, including emails and phone calls.
  • Organize and file documents in both physical and digital formats.
  • Support team members with various administrative tasks as needed.
  • Prepare reports and presentations using word processing and spreadsheet software.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Qualifications :

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
  • Proven experience as an office clerk or in a similar administrative role.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Familiarity with remote work tools and technology.
