SummaryAs a Senior Project Engineer, you will take on a leadership role in planning, managing, and executing intricate engineering projects within the utilities sector.

Your expertise will be instrumental in ensuring projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with the highest safety and quality standards.

Job Descriptions- Lead the development and implementation of project strategies, plans, and schedules in collaboration with cross-functional teams- Oversee the entire project lifecycle, from concept and design to construction, commissioning, and project closure- Mentor and guide junior engineers, providing technical expertise, professional development, and fostering a collaborative learning environment- Conduct regular project status meetings, prepare progress reports, and provide updates to senior management and clients- Lead and facilitate design reviews, technical discussions, and problem-solving sessions to drive effective decision-making- Proactively identify potential risks, issues, and obstacles and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project successJob Requirements- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (or in Civil, Mechanical, or related field);

Master's degree is a plus- Professional Engineer () required- 4 to 9 years of progressively responsible experience in engineering project management within the utilities, infrastructure, or related sectors- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices- Proficiency in project management software (, Microsoft Project, Primavera) and engineering software / tools- Effective communication skills, including the ability to present technical information to diverse audiences- Exceptional problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
