Transportation Project Manager

STV is seeking an experienced and motivated Transportation Project Manager to lead multi-disciplinary teams in the successful delivery of transportation infrastructure projects.

Functions and responsibilities include :

• Leading, managing, and overseeing multi-disciplinary transportation teams to deliver transportation projects, including transit.
• Planning, designing, developing, and delivering capital infrastructure projects for local and regional transportation clients.
• Participating in teams identifying, pursuing, and securing work with key clients.
• Building and strengthening relationships with clients, agencies, and project partners.
• Preparing fee proposals, participating in negotiations with clients, and reviewing contracts.
• Serving as the primary client liaison and managing project teams to successfully deliver projects within the established schedules and budgets.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Professional Engineer License in Colorado, or ability to obtain within 6 months, is required.
• 8 or more years of relevant design and project management experience on transportation infrastructure projects is preferred.
• Client relationships and experience working with the Colorado DOT, Municipalities, Regional Transportation District, and / or other regional transit and transportation agencies is desired.
• Strong command of AutoCAD, Microstation, Civil3D, OpenRoads, and / or other design and office software.
• Strong leadership, management, and communication skills.
• Ability to lead and work within multi-disciplinary teams.
• Active membership and participation in professional societies is encouraged.

Compensation Range :

$109,063.00 - $145,418.00
