Job Summary
We are currently seeking a Part-time / Full-time Financial Administrative Assistant to join our team. We are a civil and environmental consulting firm located in the Pittsburgh area.
This position will provide you with a great opportunity to be part of some of the most significant engineering projects in our region.
We offer a flexible work schedule and benefits. Compensation will be based on experience level.
Responsibilities
- Managing employee timesheets and expense reports
- Assisting with accounts receivable and accounts payable
- Assisting with the preparation of invoices and other financial reports
- Monitoring employee benefits and insurance
- Adhering to confidentiality of company information and personnel records
- Assisting the Senior Financial Administrator with general office administrative activities
Qualifications
- Associates Degree or related business experience
- Proficient in Quick Books and MS Excel
- Detailed-oriented and high level of organizational skills
- Computer knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Office software
- Interpersonal skills to communicate with managers, staff, clients, and vendors
- Team player
