IT Service Technician- Fort Worth
Key Responsibilities :
- Image, load applications, and asset tag laptops, desktops, servers, printers, and monitors.
- Work within an IT configuration lab environment, ensuring all equipment is prepared to company standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area in accordance with lab environment requirements.
Required Skills :
- CompTIA A+ Certification : Ability to troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues on a variety of devices.
- Microsoft Deployment Toolkit (MDT) : Proficient in deploying operating systems and applications, as well as capturing system images.
- Microsoft Intune : Skilled in managing devices and applications through Intune, ensuring security and compliance with company policies.
Additional Requirements :
- Familiarity with standard lab environment protocols and safety measures.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet deadlines and objectives.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Work Hours : Monday to Friday, 8 : 30 AM to 4 : 30 P- Onsite
