Our Seattle, WA office has an exciting opportunity for an A&D Project Coordinator. In this role you will serve as the key point of contact for our internal and external customers for fire alarm materials and logistics.

We are seeking a motivated and engaging person who has leadership skills, enjoys multi-tasking, learning on the job, and providing simultaneous support in a service and administrative capacity.

Job Expectations :

This list is ILLUSTRATIVE ONLY , and is not a comprehensive listing of all functions and duties performed. Essential duties and responsibilities may include, but are not limited to, the following :

  • Receive and process external customer requests for parts.
  • Receive and process internal customer requests for parts.
  • Confirm delivery, provides notification and tracking for internal customers and expedites emergency orders.
  • Maintain accurate inventory balances.
  • Manage and own PO system for all fire alarm materials.
  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of orders prior to product delivery or pickup.
  • Increase organization, utilization, and cleanliness of shop.
  • Maintain accurate chain of custody and records for materials.
  • Deliver materials to job sites efficiently and accurately.
  • Procure and process electrical and fire alarm permits for projects.
  • Enforce all safety / EHS standards and protocols for all equipment, material storage, and activities.
  • Perform other duties as required by Management.

Desired Skills and Experience :

  • High School degree required, AA or college degree preferred.
  • 3 + years' experience in a customer service role and in a professional office setting preferred.
  • Must be able to work Monday through Friday 7 : 00 a.m. to 4 : 00 p.m.
  • Must be positive, flexible, reliable, responsive, self-motivated, able to multi-task and work both independently and in a team environment, and under deadline pressures.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills required.
  • Applicants must possess a valid driver's license with a clean driving record and must be eligible for addition to our company's vehicle insurance policy.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills required.
  • Candidate will be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Power Point.
