We are currently seeking an innovative & motivated candidate to join our Procurement Center of Excellence! The Associate, Procurement Ops will be responsible for working in-tandem with our HelloConnect offshore team to ensure operational excellence across our Procurement & Inbound Operations teams.
They will be essential in integrating our HelloConnect team seamlessly into our US-based operations by partnering cross-functionally with various internal & external stakeholders.
They will utilize their understanding of the supply chain to identify areas of opportunity & impact within our org. Weekend work may be required to meet business needs.
You will
- Be responsible for creating documentation for standard operating procedures; writing new SOPs & keeping existing SOPs current by periodically reviewing with the ops team to ensure all SOPs are up to date & being utilized as intended
- Examine established processes & evaluate where continued improvements can be made
- Structure & schedule the onboarding process for new HelloConnect team members - partner alongside our HelloConnect team leads to build out an onboarding toolbox & training schedule
- Help integrate our offshore team into our US-based operations, partnering with leads across the team to drive team impact & collaboration
- Build out workflows & processes for new HelloConnect responsibilities - hosting trainings for Procurement members on new process changes
- Maintain & monitor performance scorecards between Ops & HelloConnect Team leads
- Work cross-functionally with our Procurement Ops Team leaders & HelloConnect team leads to drive continuous improvements
- Develop & share best practices across the team & network to optimize processes
- Collaborate on special projects as required, including process optimization & cost savings initiatives

You have
- 1-2 years of experience in supply chain operations or adjacent experience
- A degree in supply chain, business, engineering, other relevant area of study; or comparable work experience
- Flexible in working a non M-F work schedule (e.g. rotational schedule, weekends, and / or overnights). Must be able to work : Mon-Fri, 8 : 30 am - 5 : 30 pm & provide weekend support when needed
- Fluent in Microsoft Office & Google Suite applications
- Excellent Excel & analytical skills, pivot tables & v-lookups are a must
