We are looking for a Marketing Automation Specialist who can provide the leadership needed to continue developing our bold digital strategies.
You will develop and run omni-channel marketing campaigns in Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Marketo to drive customer acquisition, retention, and engagement.
As a qualified candidate, you will be responsible for implementing integrated campaigns and driving the adoption of standardized processes.
A Day in the Life :
- Develop a comprehensive marketing automation strategy and roadmap aligned with business objectives.
- Lead cross-functional teams throughout the development lifecycle, from conceptualization to launch and maintenance.
- Monitor marketing automation platform performance and apply data analysis techniques to evaluate product and market performance.
- Collaborate with Commercial Operations & Analytics teams to forecast capacity needs and project execution.
- Establish standard methodologies for efficient campaign execution, driving maximum return on investment.
Experience :
- 3-5 years of proven experience in marketing automation strongly preferred.
- Experience in a regulated environment and or life sciences a plus.
- Proven track record of leading platform launches.
- Experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Marketo, or other Marketing Automation System is preferred.
Skills & Abilities :
- Ability and willingness to travel up to 25% including occasional weekends and international travel.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
