Nous recherchons un Assistant contrôleur pour rejoindre notre équipe au sein de l'industrie des services à Ste Anne De Bellevue, au Québec.
Vous jouerez un rôle clé dans la gestion de notre équipe de comptabilité et dans la conduite de nos audits internes et externes.
Responsabilités :
- Développer, maintenir et superviser les systèmes, procédures et contrôles en matière de comptabilité
- Préparer et superviser les rapports financiers, les sous-grands livres et les rapprochements de comptes
- Développer et superviser les besoins en liquidités, y compris les prévisions et l'analyse des écarts, pour garantir une allocation efficace des ressources et une gestion des coûts
- Assurer l'exhaustivité et l'exactitude des rapprochements de comptes mensuels et d'autres analyses conformément aux politiques de l'entreprise
- Superviser les opérations comptables de l'organisation, y compris les comptes débiteurs et créditeurs et certains comptes du grand livre général
- Gérer et diriger toutes les fonctions d'audit interne et externe en veillant à ce que toutes les exigences soient remplies de manière opportune et satisfaisante
- Travailler avec des informations confidentielles de manière professionnelle et discrète
- Assurer le fonctionnement efficace du département, motiver les membres de l'équipe et résoudre les conflits.
