A Skilled Nursing Facility located in North Palm Beach, Florida, is seeking an experienced DIRECTOR OF MAINTENANCE to help our residents maximize their potential and live their lives to the fullest.

Responsibilities include :
- Oversee physical maintenance and operations of buildings, facilities and building systems
- Assist with planning and execution of building construction or renovation
- Manage leases, contractors and budgets related to buildings and facilities
- Ensure building has enough supplies to ensure high quality resident care
- Maintain all equipment in the facility to keep our high standards
- Transport residents as needed
Requirements :
- 2+ years of experience as a maintenance team member
- Self-motivated with the ability to identify and correct issues
- Ability to install lighting, change out ceiling tiles, upkeep beds, etc.
- Can lift over 50+ pounds
