Medical Customer Service Rep
LHH Recruitment Solutions is hiring a Medical Customer Service Rep for our healthcare client located in North Sacramento.
This position is a contract-to-hire opportunity and 100% onsite, full-time hours.
This position will be focused on helping our client's members to obtain proper insurance, understand their benefit coverage, and assist with general inquiries.
This will be a high-volume, inbound call center position and candidates must feel comfortable working a heavy phone-centered position.
There will also be production metrics that this role will need to adhere to.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 2 years call center experience, healthcare CSR experience strongly desired
- Proficient within Microsoft Office and other software systems
- Bilingual English / Spanish desired, not required
Skillsets
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, especially phone etiquette
- Must be able to work well in a high-pressure environment and thrive in a fast-paced setting
- Ability to meet production metrics as outlined by management
- Strong ability to analyze and problem-solve independently
- Tech savvy and able to work well within multiple software systems
Pay Details : $18.00 to $20.00 per hour
