Interim Executive Director
Leaderstat is currently searching for a stellar Executive Director (ED) candidate to commit to a 30-day contract in Youngstown, Ohio.
The Executive Director will be responsible for overall financial and clinical operations of the Assisted Living community.
A major part of this role includes supervising all departments to ensure quality care, regulatory compliance, and financial performance.
When you join the LeaderStat team as an interim leader, you’ll be connected with a dedicated specialist before and during your assignment.
They will work with you to coordinate onboarding, book and pay for travel arrangements, and assist with any questions along the way.
Job Duties
- Financial management of the facility
- Ability to form and maintain trusting relationships with staff, residents and families
- Identify any operational issues and work to implement timely solutions
- Ensure adherence to federal, state, and local compliance regulations
Qualifications
- At least two years of experience serving as an Executive Director or Assisted Living Administrator in continuing care retirement community
- Bachelor’s degree
- Obtain required licensure in Ohio, if applicable
- Passion for serving senior populations
- Ability to motivate staff and drive resident and family satisfaction
