Associate Category Marketing Manager, Comfort/Energy Solutions

Resideois seeking a Category Marketing Specialist, Comfort / Energy who is responsible for collaborating on and assisting with the execution of the day-to-day marketing efforts including campaign activity and activations for P&S brands while driving growth, engagement and supporting business goals.

The selected candidate ideally has2+ years of experience in Marketing / Activation.

Job Duties :

• Supports the overall marketing strategy and execution of Integrated Marketing Campaigns for US & Canada.
• Work with Product Management business functions to prioritize segments, develop compelling value propositions, content, and messaging, and identify product go-to-market strategies.
• Works with internal partners to articulate objectives into the development of marketing plans. Promote, develop, and incubate measurable communication programs and tactics.
• Supports management and distribution of creative requests to Creative Services team.
• Manages the responsibility of purchase order creation and budget tracking for the activity within Comfort.
• Helps maintains Digital Asset Management tool, ensuring that it is organized, updated, and reflects the brand.
• Assists with construction of Power Point presentations.
• Supports team in day-to-day communication with marketing agencies, ensuring flawless execution of deliverables for new launches and campaigns.
• Supporting NPI Launches / In-life / End-of-life campaigns driving the creation of master materials & messaging.
• Responsible for partnership programs across consumer and pro teams.
• Collaborates with the Public Relations team to ensure PR activity is executed to meet business goals.
• Supports SEO / SEM efforts and campaigns, including content creation, execution, and reporting.
• Supports general campaign reporting and optimizations.

You Must Have :

• Bachelor’s degree required : Business, Marketing, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in Marketing with a focus on brand activation.
• Competent in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
