We are a Residential Electrical Contracting and Integration Company seeking qualified Estimator / Project Manager for custom high-end residential projects.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS INCLUDE :
- Valid CA Driver’s License / Insurance
- Ability to read Blueprints
- Familiarity of San Diego County
- Prior experience in supervision of all facets of construction and jobsites
- Coordinate delivery of installation documents & drawings.
- Ordering all equipment & materials for the project.
- Coordinate delivery of equipment to the job site.
- Scheduling of labor for installation projects.
- Coordinate delivery of close-out documents.
- Procurement and verification of project schedules.
- Tracking of project RFI's, change orders and other pertinent documentation.
- Timely invoicing of projects.
- Monitoring the schedule for all projects and costs of materials and labor so that the projected targets and profit margins are hit.
- Estimator / Project Manager will work with Accounting Department to ensure that all project details are incorporated into job tracking system prior to the start of every job.
A qualified candidate will be a leader that is organized, self-starter and solutions driven with the ability to manage, train and motivate others.
Applicant must be punctual, consistent in work output, a good listener and be able to respond well to constructive criticism.
