job_description.job_card.job_descriptionLearn and train under experienced technicians on water, fire, mold, and storm damage restoration Assist with water extraction, demolition, debris removal, and site cleanup Help with setup and breakdown of drying equipment (air movers, dehumidifiers, etc.) Follow instructions from crew leaders and supervisors on job assignments Maintain a clean and organized job site, vehicle, and equipment Learn and follow IICRC standards and safety protocols Support documentation efforts by taking photos and logging work performed Communicate respectfully with customers and represent the company professionally Load and unload tools, supplies, and equipment from the work vehicle Participate in after-hours on-call rotation once trained. Willingness to learn and work in physically demanding environments Must be able to lift 50+ lbs and stand for long periods Positive attitude, reliability, and strong work ethic Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Ability to pass background / MVR check and drug screening Prior experience in construction or restoration is a plus, but not required Hands-on training with experienced restoration professionals Competitive hourly wage Supportive team culture focused on learning and growth

Mitigation Technician Compensation and Benefits :
- Hourly rate : $22.00-$25.00 / hr. (DOE)

They are seeking a motivated and dependable Mitigation Technician in Training who is eager to learn the restoration industry from the ground up. This is an entry-level position with hands-on training. The Mitigation Technician in Training supports the field crew in responding to property damage emergencies, including water and fire damage cleanup, demolition, and equipment setup. This individual will be trained in proper restoration procedures, safety protocols, and customer service expectations while assisting experienced technicians on active job sites.
