About the Role / Team
You and your team will lead Continuous Improvement of our Store Fulfillment business working with multiple partners on solutions to enable Associates to exceed Customer expectations.
This includes simplification of Picking, Packing, Staging, and Dispensing across fulfillment channels and capabilities including Pickup, Delivery, and Shipping.
This position reports to the Senior Director, Operations This is an onsite role based at our Home Office in Bentonville, Arkansas.
What you’ll do
- Emphasis on the Long Range Plan and designing the most efficient processes to increase profitability
- Simplifying steps and improving Associate Experience while ensuring capabilities for growth, expansion of offerings, volume, and capabilities for W+ Members
- Champion and integrate Sustainability initiatives
- Work cross-functionally with multiple teams including but not limited to Merchants, Services, Customer Teams, Compliance, Workforce Management, Sustainability, Finance and Automation
- Build collaborative relationships, influence cross-functional alignment to top business priorities, and promote an associate and customer-centric environment

Live Better U is a Walmart-paid education benefit program for full-time and part-time associates in Walmart and Sam's Club facilities.

The annual salary range for this position is $110,000.00-$220,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.

Minimum Qualifications...
Minimum Qualifications : Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Human Resources, Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field and 5 years’ experience in consulting, project management, business strategy, or related area OR 7 years’ experience in consulting, project management, business strategy, or related area.
2 years’ experience leading cross functional teams.
