Construction Project Managers needed in Detroit, MI - Large-Scale, Industrial, Municipal or Large Scale Commercial Projects
A well established company based in Novi, Michigan, is currently seeking several Construction Project Managers for Direct-Hire opportunities with their team.
These are exciting opportunities for Project Managers, Site Managers, and Site Supervisors looking for a company that offers excellent growth and development opportunities with competitive rates, bonuses and a great work / home life balance.
Construction Project Manager rates are anticipated to start approximately between $110,000 and $150,000 per year plus bonuses, based on each candidates experience and education;
we are willing to pay more for the right skills and experience. All well qualified candidates will be considered regardless of pay rate.

Qualified Construction Project Managers will possess most, if not all, of the following skills and experience :
5 years of Project Management experience with Large Scale, Heavy Industrial, Municipal, or Commercial Construction Projects.
Typical projects range from $1 to $100 Million. Water or Water Infrastructure or WWT Projects Preferred.
- Exceptional communication skills, must work with Customers and diverse cross-functional teams.
- Efficiently manage entire project including overseeing design, deliverables, construction, schedule, budget, milestones, and go from project launch to customer signoff.
- BS Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a closely related field is required. Equivalent relevant experience will be strongly considered.
- Able to travel 20% (typically local travel- some travel to additional facilities and vendors could be necessary - predominantly within the US).
- Must be able to work in the US, and complete standard pre-hire checks including background, drug screen, references, etc.
