The Talent Acquisition Manager will help develop and execute methods of identifying, sourcing, assessing, and attracting top talent for Darktrace.

We have a flexible hands-on culture and so we’re all able to step-in when required to assist across the team with day-to-day activities.

Last year the US team made over 500 hires predominantly in GTM teams.

You’ll encourage the team to build robust pipelines that can respond to rapidly changing business need and will continue efforts to reduce spend and increase efficiency.

Strategy and process improvement

You will work with the senior leadership team to implement the strategic direction of the team, ensuring that our TA processes and team are aligned for success.

We are building TA processes which deliver at scale, pace and can be easily adjusted. Working with the wider People Team you will assess current Americas hiring practice and make suggestions for improvements, fine tuning to meet business need.

Projects including increasing diversity within our workforce, and interview process enhancements and training. You will have a view on best practice and will bring knowledge and experience to the team.

Team :

You will work with your team on their career development plans, day-to-day issues and performance. You will have weekly one-to-ones and team meetings to celebrate success and identify areas where your expertise can assist.

Data and reporting :

You will provide accurate and regular data to show activity and performance. You’ll be confident to use metrics to guide conversations with both stakeholders and internally with the team, spotting issues before they become problems and measure success both quantitative and qualitatively.

What we are looking for :

The ideal candidate will have previously successfully led a small team of US recruiters, ideally in a tech GTM environment, with a career that developed from an IC role.

You will still be hands-on and happy to own roles whilst leading US hiring. You’ll also have :

  • Proven ability to operate at both a strategic and tactical level with ease,
  • A pragmatic and outcome-oriented approach, leveraging data to make decisions,
  • Exceptional organizational skills and ability to re-prioritize,
  • Ability to work at pace and an understanding of how to translate business need into practical hiring processes.
