Job Details

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager for our rapidly expanding division. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team and play a pivotal role in managing our construction projects from inception to completion.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control, and completion of specific projects, ensuring consistency with company strategy, commitments, and goals.

This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in Project Management, EPC (Engineering, Procurement, Construction), Power Delivery, and Renewable Energy.

Location : 100% On-Site can be based out of the Rapid City, SD or Englewood, CO office with travel to project sites across the Midwest.

Responsibilities :

1. Lead and manage the planning, implementation, and execution of construction projects.

2. Work closely with a team of engineers and architects to design and execute projects.

3. Develop and maintain a detailed project schedule, including administrative tasks and all sites involved in the project.

4. Coordinate with builders, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure timely and efficient execution of projects.

5. Oversee the delivery of materials and equipment to construction sites.

6. Monitor and manage project costs to ensure project is delivered within budget.

7. Implement project safety protocols and ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.

8. Conduct regular site inspections and project progress meetings.

9. Manage project risks, including the development of contingency plans.

10. Deliver project reports and proposals to stakeholders.

11. Drive the integration of renewable energy solutions into construction projects.

Qualifications :

1. Bachelor's degree or Equivalent work experience in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field

2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in Project Management, specifically in the Construction industry.

3. Proven experience in EPC (Engineering, Procurement, Construction).

4. Knowledge and experience in Power Delivery and Renewable Energy.

5. Strong leadership, decision-making, and team management skills.

6. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

7. Proficient in project management software tools.

8. Ability to manage and oversee multiple projects simultaneously.

9. Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.

10. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.

11. Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to work with a variety of stakeholders.

12. Familiarity with construction and project management regulations and standards.

13. PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is a plus.
