What You'll Do
- Product Management & drive marketing initiatives for Life Safety Business in Middle East.
- Lead the growth plans relevant to offering portfolio (Life Safety systems - Fire Systems & Emergency Lighting).
- Represent the regional inputs for NPI projects.
- Understand customer values, application requirements, competition, and anticipate their evolutions.
- Define the needs in terms of product features documentation, tools, software.
- Lead Product Launch process, full product lifecycle management including end of life.
- Ensure product compliance with local regulations, identify and communicate product gaps, and propose alternative solutions with the support of Business unit.
- Synthesize the stakes and risks to offer compliance to local requirements.
- Manage the offer to ensure compatibility with needs evolutions and promote growth and profitability.
- Study competition to define the roadmap evolution : specify new products and future evolutions and manage the mix / country.
- Support product competitiveness : pricing analysis and technical benchmark with competition.
- Provide techno-commercial support on strategic projects.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing team to meet customer expectations in terms of product / range.
- Visit customers and partners to understand their needs and evaluate opportunities for growth.
- Leverage the know-how in the organization and work with technical support and prescription team to get customer approvals and compliance to regulations.
Qualifications
Graduate Engineering Degree - Ideally Electrical.
Minimum 5 years of experience in Sales and Marketing of Electrical Systems of which at least 3 years dealing with Life Safety products.
Skills
Deep understanding of Life Safety business.
