We are seeking a Sr Forecast Analyst / Manager to join the Worldwide Sales Forecast Team. This critical role has two primary responsibilities : Weekly sales pipeline reporting and managing the opportunity close and validation process in Salesforce.
com. Your experience supporting a global enterprise sales team will be a huge asset in this role. Extreme attention to detail, and advanced excel skills will also serve you well.

Responsibilities :
Sales pipeline reporting :
- Creating, publishing pipeline reports in Salesforce.com
- Evaluating open sales pipeline vs performance indicators, highlighting exceptions for resolution
- Tracking week over week changes in sales pipeline
- Creating, publishing pipeline reports in Salesforce.com
Opportunity close and validation process :
- Ensuring that opportunities closed in Salesforce are reported accurately, meet close process requirements, timelines.
- Identifying booking errors, escalating with Sales / OM for resolution
- Measuring the close process against KPI, identifying areas of success, opportunities for improvement
- Ensuring QTD bookings and revenue are represented accurately in SFDC
Qualifications :
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present data and recommended actions to sales users.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Extreme attention to detail, accuracy and follow through.
- Expert user of Microsoft Excel.
- Proficiency with Powerpoint, Salesforce.com, Clari.
- Experience in semiconductor industry is preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.

The base salary range across the U.S. for this role is between $86,000-$130,000. In addition, this role may be eligible for an annual bonus, equity, and other discretionary bonuses.
