Seeking an experienced Instructional Designer for designing engaging learning experiences in digital and distance learning environments.
This is a part-time (20-30hrs / week) contract position paying up to $43 / hr.
Key Skills and Abilities :
- Minimum 3 years as an Instructional Designer in digital learning.
- Expertise in adult learner-focused educational materials.
- Experience with diverse groups (trade colleges, underrepresented peoples, etc.) is a plus.
- Proficiency in Articulate Rise 360 and diverse educational delivery tools.
- Strong in collaborative e-learning, micro-learning, and multimedia development.
Responsibilities :
- Collaborate with SMEs to analyze learning needs and design effective materials.
- Develop interactive e-learning, micro-learning, videos, infographics, and handouts.
- Apply instructional design methodologies to enhance learning outcomes.
- Evaluate and optimize training programs based on feedback and assessments.
- Stay updated with instructional design trends and technologies.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- Experience with LMS and content authoring tools.
- Excellent project management, communication, and teamwork skills.
