Our client is a global leaderin the high-performance battery separators industry . Due to their growth, they are seeking a Quality Manager (who can be relocated to the Johnson City TN area) who will
- leadthe efforts to obtain IATF certification for the lithium-ion (Li-ion)battery separator expansion project.
- maintainthe company library of compliance resources ensuring their accuracy, quality,and integrity and ensure company third party accreditations are maintained.
- coordinate internal audits and monitor the compliance to and effectiveness ofthe Quality Management System (QMS).

Requirements :
- BSdegree in appropriate field required.
- Fiveyears + IATF Quality Management Systems experience.
- ProjectManagement experience ideally in the battery industry .
- Experiencewith IATF certification (Automotive, etc.) Auditor Certificationpreferred.
- Stronginterpersonal, communication and customer service skills.
- Skilledin working across multiple disciplines including Sales, R&D and Operations.
- Excellentwritten, listening, and verbal communication skills.
- Ableto work with minimal supervision.
- Abilityto prioritize, manage time well, multitask and troubleshoot.
- Abilityto travel domestically and internationally as needed.
