What You’ll Do :

  • Drive product development for all of Upgrade’s fraud infrastructure including detection, models, third party data integration, and consumer verification measures.
  • Partner closely with Upgrade’s fraud management team to monitor and drive improvements on all relevant fraud KPIs.
  • Act as product owner for scrum teams working to ship fraud platform enhancements.
  • Evaluate and drive implementation of new third party data and software integrations.
  • Work closely with the operations team to monitor, troubleshoot and solve issues.

What We Look For :

  • Experience in fraud strategies, models, data sources and infrastructure in a Fintech environment preferred.
  • 1-2 years of product management experience in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
  • Alternatively 3-4 years of experience as a Fraud analytics or Fraud operations.
  • Fluency with product development tools, SQL, web analytics and AB testing software.
  • Experience with third party APIs & solutions integration.
  • Ability to lead and resolve questions and conflicts across organizational stakeholders.

The compensation range of this position in San Francisco, CA is $160,000 - $180,000 USD annually plus equity and benefits.

Within this range, an individual's base pay will be dependent on a variety of factors, including without limitation, job-related knowledge, skills, education, and experience.
