About us : Tulsa Center for Behavioral Health (TCBH) is accredited by the Joint Commission on Accreditation of Health Care Organizations and provides a supportive, safe and welcoming environment in which an array of integrated therapeutic interventions promotes an improved quality of life for consumers and the community.
TCBH serves individuals eighteen years of age or older who present in a mental health crisis with or without substance abuse and are determined medically stable.
About the Position : We are actively seeking a Clinical Compliance and Development Specialist to provide administrative support to the Performance Improvement Director.
Will assist the clinical and quality improvement departments with data collection and data entry to ensure compliance with standards and policies.
This position will also utilize a variety of computer applications including Excel, Word, Power Point, and our electronic medical record.
The duties of this position require strong skills in multitasking, customer service, and critical thinking.
Job Type / Salary :

Minimum Qualifications and Experience :
Requires high school diploma or GED and 2 years’ experience in a behavioral health care setting with at least 1 year performing administrative support duties.
Special Requirements :
Applicants must be willing and able to fulfill all job-related travel normally associated with this position.
