Arizona Licensed Associate Manager Coder

A company is looking for an Associate Manager Profee Coder Surgical Trauma.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage a team of coders, including training, coaching, and performance evaluations

Assist in achieving budgetary goals and monitor coding performance metrics

Develop and implement coding policies to ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines

Required Qualifications

Degree in Health Information or related field with relevant coursework

Active certification as CCS, CPC, CCS-P, RHIT, or RHIA

Minimum of 5 years of experience in Surgical Trauma Profee EM coding

Strong knowledge of coding applications and software

Experience in managing and developing a coding team
