LHH Recruitment Solutions is recruiting for a Payroll Specialist in Indianapolis, IN. Our client is a well-established and family-owned company that would like to find an individual who is passionate about their career and excels in a high paced environment.
In this role, you will be responsible for process payroll for 1000+ employees on a weekly basis. This is a direct-hire opportunity with starting pay between $60,000 / year and $65,000 / year.
Responsibilities
- Processing payroll for 1000+ employees on a weekly basis
- Reviewing hours and ensuring proper processing
- Complete adjustments to payroll as needed
- Garnishment and deductions processing
- Handle payroll tax correspondence in a timely manner.
- Miscellaneous duties as needed
Qualifications
- Highschool diploma is required
- 1-3 years of payroll experience in a high-volume environment
- Excellent data entry skills and attention to detail
