The Home Loan Processing Specialist is an entry level role supporting various Channels. As the Home Loan Processing Specialist, you will act as a key contributor to facilitate efficient and effective processes that support business and customer service objectives.
The Home Loan Processing Specialist will : Perform routine data entry and validation tasksInitiate third party orders (title, appraisal, hazard, flood cert, credit, etc.
Review and validate loan documentsHandle routine calls, emails and / or chat responsesMonitor work queues and intervening as neededPerform other related duties as required and assignedDemonstrate behaviors which are aligned with the organization’s desired culture and valuesDown the line they will help you get Income certified.
