Job Description and Responsibilities
- Door to Door lead generation with team
- Manage pipeline of leads and ask for referrals
- Set proper expectations for potential customers
- Weekly sales and motivational meetings
- Gain education to become a solid Solar Sales Closer, Mentor to Others, and Manager
Qualifications and Skills
- A drive to work hard and a burning desire to succeed
- Honest, Ethical, and Trustworthy
- Ability to be taught and enjoy talking to people
- Team player and great attitude (Absolutely NO Negativity)
