Product Content Specialist (Editor I)

As an Editor / Product Content Specialist, you will be the subject matter expert for how a conversational Shopping Assistant should respond to customers in a helpful, truthful, and actionable way.

You will review and supervise the Large Language Model's (LLM's) output and monitor key metrics to ensure that it delivers a high-quality customer experience for various types of conversations while meeting business objectives.

A day in the life :

• Curate training data through purpose-built tools to feed into LLMs.
• Review and supervise the output of the LLM to ensure it meets a high bar.
• Review internal and external customer feedback to enhance the LLM's output.

Interaction with team / Day to Day :

• Each person gets assignments (annotation / labeling, grading, editing, writing short-form copy).
• Take the assignment and look at the policies, style guide, tone requirements, etc., and write the demonstration data. This could be long or short form.
• They will take that output and we will define a workflow that allows them to programmatically submit to our science team.
• The pipelines will be constructed by this team.

PERFORMANCE METRICS :

• Will be measured against the leadership principles that we have as a company.
• How they perform against the tasks that we put in front of them. We will have a set of tasks, a set of performance metrics, quality metrics that will be very clearly communicated to the individuals.

Additional Skills & Qualifications :

Preferred Qualification :

2+ years of category / vendor management experience, and / or expert knowledge and broad familiarity with specific product types in consumables, electronics, hardlines, or soft lines categories.

PREFERRED SKILLS :

Technology, Social media presence, Technical Proficiency, Familiar with Ecommerce, Copywriting.
