How You’ll Make an Impact
Epsilon is seeking a Senior Administrative Assistant (Sr. AA) to join the Corp Administrative Services team. As a Senior AA, you will support and provide organizational and administrative support to Vice President and Senior Vice President level.
The Sr. AA will report to the Manager, Corp Administrative Services, and will work closely with the greater administrative and HR team, as well as various departments across Epsilon including functional HR / Finance teams (Payroll, Vendors, IT, etc.)
What You’ll Achieve
As a Sr. AA, you will be responsible for taking charge of all meeting arrangements, responding to inquiries, making travel arrangements, managing schedules / calendars, handling correspondence, and providing other administrative support to these senior executive(s).
The Sr. AA will not only oversee travel arrangements but will also prepare expense reports and submit on behalf of the executive.
The Sr. AA will be in charge of managing outside vendors and budgets, as well as being a part of the EPIC community at Epsilon (company events for offices based on season / holidays).
In addition to the Sr. AA role, your guidance will be required in supporting the administrative support inbox where over 100 VPs and above utilize this inbox for their requests of travel, expenses, timesheets, meeting logistics, and Meaningful Moments program.
