Required Education : Masters Degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or nursing fields
Required Experience : If recovering, must be at least two (2) years sober to work at Pathways
Preferred Experience : Two (2) years in behavioral health or education field
Required Certifications and Licensures : Licensed Professional Counselor, Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Clinical Nurse Specialist, or Licensed Clinical Psychologist.
Certified in CPI (Crisis Prevention Management) within ninety (90) days of hire. (CPI (Crisis Prevention Management preferred for Pathways staff, but not Certified in CPR within thirty (30) days of hire.
Current BLS within four (4) months of hire. Pathways Only : CSAC or CAADC certification within two (2) years of hire
