Field Service Technician

Join our team in Orchard Park, NY as a Field Service Technician at a leading company in the packaging and recycling industry.

In this dynamic role, you will support our operations across 35 states and 500 plants, making a real impact in the field.

If you're passionate about hands-on technical work, ready to travel on a weekly basis, and eager to grow in a supportive environment, we want to hear from you! What you'll do : Install, maintain, and troubleshoot packaging equipment to ensure optimal operational efficiency.

Train and support clients to build and maintain strong, long-term partnerships.Travel extensively (approximately 75% of the role) across various locations, with weekends reserved for home time.

Participate in project initiatives and stay updated on the latest technological advancements.Conduct system integrations, diagnostics, and implement proactive solutions to enhance equipment efficiency.

Manage service calls for audits, maintenance, and troubleshooting needs.Continuously learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies.

Identify opportunities to improve client processes using our products and services.What you'll get : -Permanent Placement Pay : $25-40 / hr.

Required Skills / Qualifications : -Minimum of 2 years of hands-on electrical and mechanical experience Valid driver's license.

Strong mechanical, electrical, and technical understanding.Hands-on troubleshooting experience.Ability to travel extensively.

Preferred Skills / Qualifications : Basic knowledge of PLC programming (Allen Bradley systems- ability to troubleshoot).
