Accounts Receivable Clerk

Position Responsibilities :

• Enter orders into the accounting software and maintain daily logs in Google Sheets.
• Manage and update customer information in the accounting software.
• Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries regarding their accounts.
• Support sales representatives by communicating with them, researching orders for pricing, customer information, and fulfilling other requests.
• Process daily cash receipts, including checks, ACH, and credit card payments.
• Conduct ACH and credit card payments via websites and web portals.
• Scan invoices, checks, and other documents and maintain organized records in SharePoint and server files.
• Perform necessary data entry tasks as required.
• Complete additional assigned tasks as needed.

Candidate Requirements :

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a confident phone presence.
• Proven ability to solve problems proactively.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt to new skills.
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently.
• Flexibility to thrive in a dynamic business environment.
• Minimum of one year of customer service experience.
• Preferred one year of entry-level accounting experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proficiency in Excel.
• Exposure to Salesforce preferred.
