About the Role
iCapital is seeking a Head of Education Content, Vice President or Senior Vice President to join our Research & Education team.
This individual will oversee the strategy & development of global educational content on alternative investments, working closely with senior leaders across departments to prioritize & produce our education & thought leadership content.
The ideal leader of this team has an innovative mindset & will work to develop new & better ways to drive our education strategy forward.
This individual will sit within the Investment Solutions department.
Responsibilities
- Oversee, manage, & prioritize the production of industry-leading education & thought leadership content to advance the understanding & adoption of alternative investments.
- Establish & maintain high standards for content, ensuring consistent messaging, tone, & branding across all channels.
- Edit research papers, blogs, outlets, articles, & other educational resources covering a broad array of topics, including private markets, hedge funds, asset allocation, etc.
- Work with the senior research team members to refine concepts & themes for thought leadership content.
- Implement processes that drive long-term planning, high-quality content production, & scalability of educational resources.
- Maintain inventory of existing content, including updating data & providing new information to keep content fresh & relevant.
- Expand education footprint with a data-driven mindset, adapting to meet internal & external demand.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of content experience across alternative investments, particularly private capital markets
- Exceptional verbal & writing & editing skills, with a demonstrated ability to generate high quality content efficiently & distill concepts into clear & concise text
- Able to independently conduct research, discover trends within various datasets, & problem solve
- Can multi-task across several projects at once & prioritize time sensitive items
- Self-motivated with robust project management & process development skills
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment & calmly adapts to change as needed
Benefits
The base salary range for this role is $165,000 to $215,000. iCapital offers a compensation package which includes salary, equity for all full-time employees, & an annual performance bonus.
