Job Title : Shop Facilities Manager
Job Description :
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Shop Facilities Manager to oversee the maintenance and management of our fleet of vehicles and small equipment.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating repairs, scheduling maintenance, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
Duties include maintaining accurate inventory records, implementing preventive maintenance programs, managing vendor relationships, and supervising crew foreman.
The manager will also be tasked with optimizing shop operations for efficiency and safety. Strong organizational skills, a background in mechanics or facilities management, and excellent communication abilities are essential for this role.
Qualifications
- Facilities Management, Building Maintenance, and Safety Compliance skills
- Project Management and Vendor Coordination skills
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently
- Previous experience in facilities management is a plus
