Bobcat of Houston is a full service Bobcat equipment dealer including new and used sales, service, parts and rentals. We offer skid steer loaders, compact track loaders, excavators and more.
Bobcat of Houston - Bryan is seeking a Rental Sales Coordinator. If you are detail oriented, enjoy the challenge of a busy dealership and have familiarity with compact construction or agricultural equipment, we'd like to get to know you!
Responsibilities
- Assist in the determination of rental requirements for customers, selling rentals and providing order processing services.
- Maintain displays on the sales floor.
- Operate within all rental policies and procedures of the company.
- Maintain high personal morale & professional customer relations.
- Attain short and long term objectives.
- Operates safely and follows all safety guidelines.
Qualifications
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Excel in a high volume fast paced environment.
- Creative problem solver.
- Excellent customer relations skills.
- Good computer and systems knowledge.
- Working knowledge of sales techniques and methodologies.
- Shown equipment knowledge.
- Product knowledge including features and benefits knowledge of all equipment sold.
- Valid Driver's License.
Physical Requirements
Physically able to operate a variety of automated office machines including a computer, printer, facsimile machine, copy machine, calculator, telephone, etc.
on a repetitive basis.
- Physically able to operate construction equipment and forklifts.
- Physically able to work outdoors in all weather conditions and around fumes & loud noise.
- Occasionally lifting, carrying, pushing, or pulling 50-100 pounds and / or frequently lifting, carrying, pushing, or pulling 20-50 pounds and / or continuous lifting, carrying, pushing or pulling 10-20 pounds
- Regularly required to stand, walk, reach with hands and arms, grasp or pull and lift objects. Occasionally required to sit, climb, and balance, kneel, stoop, crouch, and crawl
