Production Analyst I

Jenzabar is looking for a Operations Analyst I to join the Jenzabar team. The Operations Analyst I will also assist with identifying and improving processes to help monitor growth and be able to effectively mentor and train the team’s Operations Associate.

Essential Tasks

• Assist with vendor management including vendor selection and coordination
• Be involved with traditional media placement
• Help prepare presentations, reports, and analysis to provide actionable insights for the Operations Manager and Leadership, both client-facing and internal
• Maintain internal budget tracking and production timeline sheets
• Identify improvements and implement changes to assist with the daily operations
• Mentor and train the Production & Operations Associate
• Take on ad hoc projects as assigned by the Operations Manager

Preferred Skills and Experience

The pay range for this position is $55,000-65,000 / year; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, geographic location, skills, and experience. This position is eligible for an annual bonus in addition to a full range of benefits.
