Full service hotel is looking for a Senior Event Manager to join their team!

Qualifications :
- 3+ years of management experience required
- Full service hotel experience required
Responsibilities :
Event Planning and Coordination : The Senior Event Manager is responsible for working closely with clients to plan and coordinate large-scale events such as conferences, weddings, and corporate meetings.
This includes arranging all aspects of the event, such as logistics, menu selections, and audiovisual setups, while ensuring all client requirements are met.
Team Leadership and Communication : Overseeing the event staff, including banquet teams, catering, and setup crews, is crucial.
The Senior Event Manager ensures effective communication between departments (e.g., kitchen, operations, and sales) to execute events smoothly and maintain the brand's high service standards.
Budget Management and Profitability : Managing the financial aspects of events is a key responsibility, including setting event pricing, controlling costs, and maximizing revenue.
The Senior Event Manager ensures events stay within budget while maintaining quality service and creating profitable outcomes for the hotel.
Job Type : Full-time
Pay : Up to $67,000.00 per year
