Job Title : Litigation Paralegal

Location : Downtown Los Angeles (Hybrid)

Salary : $85,000 – $110,000 DOE

We are partnering with a respected law firm in Downtown Los Angeles to find a highly skilled Litigation Paralegal . This full-time, hybrid role is ideal for someone with at least 5 years of litigation experience —and trial experience is a must-have . You’ll support attorneys through all phases of complex litigation, including trial prep and courtroom coordination.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage case files, deadlines, and court filings from intake to resolution

Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and other legal documents

Organize and prepare deposition materials, exhibits, and summaries

Track discovery, document production, and ensure timely responses

Liaise with courts, clients, experts, and outside counsel

Lead trial preparation and provide on-the-ground trial support as needed

Support attorneys in strategy meetings and litigation tasks

Qualifications :

5+ years of litigation paralegal experience in a law firm

Hands-on trial experience is strongly preferred and highly valued

Paralegal certificate and degree preferred, but not required with strong experience

Deep knowledge of the litigation process, from filing to trial

Skilled in electronic court filing, legal research, and document drafting

Highly organized, detail-oriented, and deadline-driven

Experience with Westlaw and other legal software tools preferred
