Location : 3133 W Frye Rd Suite 525, Chandler, AZ 85226 (On-Site

Schedule : Monday - Friday / 9 am - 5 pm

The Quality and Compliance Coordinator supports a culture of excellence and compliance at Embark. This individual plays a vital role in supporting transparent reporting to Senior Leadership, serving as the recorder in committee meetings, and ensuring the integrity of Embark's policy and procedure library.

Responsibilities

  • Tracking and ensuring the timely execution of corrective action plans, complaint investigations, and sentinel event reporting.
  • Facilitating seamless communication among teams to align quality and compliance objectives with organizational goals.
  • Efficiently coordinate quality and compliance initiatives for the organization and various programs and services
  • Assignments for compliance activities may include but not be limited to licensing, accreditation, and contractual requirements.
  • Serving as the recorder in committee meetings, maintaining transparent reporting systems, and ensuring the team stays on track with all deadlines and corrective action plans resulting from sentinel events and / or complaints.
  • Oversee the prompt completion of licensing renewals, quality improvement initiatives, and annual reports on key quality and compliance performance indicators.
  • Monitoring the timeliness of complaint investigation responses and managing the policy and procedure library.
  • Emphasizing a dedicated focus on meeting licensing renewals and annual reporting deadlines for regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

  • Preferred : Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
  • Previous experience in quality and compliance coordination, preferably in a healthcare or behavioral health setting.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of licensing, accreditation, and contractual requirements or ability to learn.
