Schedule : Monday - Friday / 9 am - 5 pm
The Quality and Compliance Coordinator supports a culture of excellence and compliance at Embark. This individual plays a vital role in supporting transparent reporting to Senior Leadership, serving as the recorder in committee meetings, and ensuring the integrity of Embark's policy and procedure library.

Responsibilities
- Tracking and ensuring the timely execution of corrective action plans, complaint investigations, and sentinel event reporting.
- Facilitating seamless communication among teams to align quality and compliance objectives with organizational goals.
- Efficiently coordinate quality and compliance initiatives for the organization and various programs and services
- Assignments for compliance activities may include but not be limited to licensing, accreditation, and contractual requirements.
- Serving as the recorder in committee meetings, maintaining transparent reporting systems, and ensuring the team stays on track with all deadlines and corrective action plans resulting from sentinel events and / or complaints.
- Oversee the prompt completion of licensing renewals, quality improvement initiatives, and annual reports on key quality and compliance performance indicators.
- Monitoring the timeliness of complaint investigation responses and managing the policy and procedure library.
- Emphasizing a dedicated focus on meeting licensing renewals and annual reporting deadlines for regulatory compliance.
Qualifications
- Preferred : Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- Previous experience in quality and compliance coordination, preferably in a healthcare or behavioral health setting.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of licensing, accreditation, and contractual requirements or ability to learn.
