Position : Customer Care Coordinator

As a Customer Care Coordinator , you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional service and ensuring our customers’ needs are met promptly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities :

• Deliver Outstanding Service : Answer incoming calls and inquiries, providing professional support.
• Streamline Order Processing : Efficiently process new orders and coordinate evaluations with clients and referrals.
• Maintain Communication : Keep clients informed about order statuses, coverage details, and financial responsibilities.
• Manage Documentation : Request, collect, and review essential medical documents to support order fulfillment.
• Coordinate Deliveries : Schedule and track equipment deliveries, ensuring timely service.

Qualifications :

• High School diploma / GED required; Associate's degree preferred.
• Minimum of three years in a fast-paced office environment.
• A positive, customer-focused attitude.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
