Responsibilities :
- Responding to customer queries and concerns through inbound calls
- Ensuring prompt and accurate processing of customer claims
- Applying strong data entry skills for efficient and precise record keeping
- Utilizing MS Word, MS Excel, and Microsoft Outlook to manage and organize work
- Upholding quality assurance standards to deliver exceptional customer service
- Embracing a fast-paced work environment, demonstrating an ability to adapt and thrive
- Utilizing strong phone skills to effectively communicate with customers

Requirements :
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service role
- Strong customer centric mindset
- Experience in claims processing is a plus
- Strong data entry skills
- Familiarity with quality assurance procedures
- Typing speed of 45-60 words per minute is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and handle customer complaints effectively
