Job Description

The Evening Shift Manager is responsible for :

• Effectively manage and lead a team of people serving our guests while maintaining our operating standards to provide the best hospitality and guest experience
• Coaching, teaching, and training team members on policies and procedures and creating a positive work environment for everyone
• Maintain food safety and cleanliness standards
• Close the restaurant leading the shift as a key holder

As an Evening Shift Manager you will :

• Demonstrate a passion for the business and managing the overall operations

• Manage daily activities to ensure guests receive excellent customer service
• Demonstrate a strong awareness and concern for food quality and safety
• Adjust to multiple demands and shifting priorities

• Work a maximum of up to sixty (60) hours per week in the restaurant
• Allocate at least two hours per week to planning

• Intentionally and methodically grow and nurture relationships with the staff
• Be able to connect with a multicultural team

Requirements :

• Have at least two-years previous restaurant management or leadership experience is mandatory
• You must be hard-working, team-oriented, friendly, honest and have great customer service skills
• Reliable transportation with a current driver's license is required
• Be authorized to work in the United States
• Be at least 18 years old
• Must have a High School diploma or equivalent
• Be available to work any time including Saturdays - time off can be given for special requests
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Coaching, evaluating, and providing accountability for all Team Members
